Customers will engage with and enter into a building contract directly with the nominated building partner for the construction of their home in accordance with the respective builders terms and conditions. Venture In makes no representations, gives no warranty, nor holds any liability relating to the business activities of the nominated building partner.

$3,000 Deposit: $3,000 deposit is in reference to the minimum deposit amount required to be paid to the nominated building partner. The total deposit required for the final house and land package is subject to the land developer and lender deposit requirements, in addition to the builder deposit.
